Mick Tems and Olly Price

Mick Tems made his name as a traditional Welsh song collector, a melodeon player and a songwriter, and he travelled the world with the duo and band Calennig before his career was cut short by a severe stroke five years ago.

Now Mick has reinvented himself as a player on the tabwrdd, a 700-year-old North Wales drum - and Olly Price, expert fiddler, tune writer and dance team musician, has teamed up with him, bringing the unique Welsh sound of the fiddle blended with the tabwrdd to the forefront again.
